One of Orust municipality’s most important future projects is taking shape!
Ellös WWTP is being modernized with a new process and new mechanical equipment in the existing sections, while at the same time the plant is being expanded with a new biological treatment. In total, the plant will have a capacity of 20,000 PE. The new section will be equipped with membrane technology to ensure compliance with strict purification requirements. The new Ellös wastewater treatment plant will serve the whole of Orust for many decades to come and create a safer environment and cleaner water for the next generation!
